Naomi,

Are you using SQL Server? Is so, the dates are in the wrong format and also this condition YEAR(PostDate) > 0 is strange. What is the reason for this?

Hi. I am using MySQL and I believe that is how its dates are structured. Since there is no EMPTY() function in MySQL, I have been using YEAR( date ) > 0 as a way to check if a date field has been populated. =)
