The authors just got the final paper versions of teh books this week. They have one week to review them and then it goes to press. I would guess about 2 - 3 weeks before they actually ship.

In the mean time, if you order them from www.hentzenwerke.com you can get a password that will allow you to download the chapters and read them even before the printed books reach you.
