Newbie here. I'm attempting to install MM 4.0 on my Windows Vista machine and when I run the installation .msi file it gives me the following error:

Error 1001. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I have no idea what this means. I looked for a thread about this but it didn't fit the initial installation that I'm on. Can anyone help me get past this so I can get going?
