Yes, he's a blowhard, which isn't so surprising for a rich Texan who used to play football. I think a lot of owners would be pretty upset with the effort the team has shown this season. It's a disgrace.

I think the term "effort" has been overblown. I don't think it's a lack of effort - it's a lack of discipline/execution on the field and possibly management off the field.

And remember one thing - Jerry Jones is the GM (and a bad one at that. which most football experts felt even before this season). Jones should fire himself as the GM, hire a true football man as GM, and keep his bony white ass in the owner box.
