>I have a need for a form to be displayed on top of another form, which I can do. But I need to be able to edit data on the large main form while the small overlayed form is still on the screen. If anyone can tell me how to stay on the main form for editing and still show the small form on top, I would appreciate it.
Why not use ordinary container ?
In case of need, overlayed container can appear or dissapear, get/loose focus, controls on it can be referenced directly etc.
It can be even made to look as it was real form. Certainly more easy to control then two independent forms.
