My guess is, the VFP one would, espesially if you hand coded it in VFP, code converters aren't all that reliable. How would it handle views? Basically, they are going to write alot of code in VB to simulate commands in VFP.
Also, VB doesn't natively support .DBFs so that would have to go through the Jet Engine or ODBC, which will slow if more.
