I work for EPS and we have invested a lot of time into making a form converter from VFP to .NET Winforms. It is a particularly tricky endeavor and we even have a few whitepapers on it at VFPConversion.com. We'd be happy to discuss it with you if you like. Currently, we're working on making a version to convert to WPF and Silverlight. there are quite a lot of considerations because of the different paradigms.
