I did that; that is, I enabled TCP/IP in the SQL Server Configuration Manager. But I am still not getting access to the SQL Server from another computer on the network. And I see that on the document you suggested (Configuring SQL Server Express 2005 for Remote Access) there is step 1 - Enable TCI/IP protocol using the Surface Area Configuration Utility. Then there is step 2 - Make sure that TCIP/IP protocols is enabled. So, what I am saying, that it look like I need to do something in the Surface Area Configuration in SQL Server 2008 too. Otherwise, I don't know why I am not allowed access.
