>Or was that old news? And if so, how old?
Week or two old.
I saw these news, bid did not find it that spectacular. There were much bigger protests in France and Greece this year so this looks more like minor demonstrations comparing to that. Europe is kind of brewing in anger past couple of years (bailout to banxters / austerity to the people), so 50.000 people on the streets does not look strange at all these days.
My feeling is that we haven seen anything yet. There will be lot more turbulence, as economic crises does not seem to go away.
Now that you tunned into RT and perhaps few other 'dirty propaganda' channels {g}, you will be able to watch some of it as well ;)
