Something odd happens when I open a previously saved project, and it tries to remember the path to the custom CSS file. It tries to use it as some sort of relative path which does not work. When I entered it then first I specified a full path.

See the attached screen capture.

I entered:

 d:\work\util\pdm_my\foxw.css

But, when I save and re-open the PDM Project, it has stored the CSS file path like this

 ../util/pdm_my/foxw.css,
