Hi Shashi,
>I just came to know that a third party tool for converting foxpro/dbase programs directly to VB is round the corner, will it spell doom for us (VFP), (***Pray Not***)
This really sounds like a FoxPro 2.x converter, not like converting a VFP application. Since FoxPro has no OOP and lacks a lot of other things, VB is lacking as well, I suppose that could be done, maybe it's not difficult at all, except of course that it would be difficult to get the same speed. But I doubt this would work with VFP.
