I guess the number has any validity only to those that believe in psychiatry. How many new diseases have they introduced, via acclamation, this year? And, are the neurosis, anxiety and a few more now obsolete, because nobody bothered to make a 2.0 of them?

Yet they have the right to incarcerate people without due process (except one where they themselves have all the jurisdiction). This whole pseudoscience needs to be built from scratch.
