>>>>>>That's the first dynasty (if we don't count the Mrnjavčevići [Мрњавчевићи], which can only be transliterated as McMeouws) of Nemanjić (Немањић - the McHavenots, or McNotSmaller, depending on the chosen amateurish etymology). Then in XIX century there was the dynasty of Karađorđević (Карађорђевић - after the founder, Karađorđe (black George) Petrović), which were then banished and replaced by the Obrenović dynasty, then their fortunes changed places again. And the king did run out, literally, when Hitler hit, taking the whole treasury with all the gold. Well, you know where that ended - the birth of a prince in a hotel in London, and the whole dynasty being in exile for the next 45 years or so (and rightfully so, I think).

>>>>>>The only nice thing I can say is that at least they were homegrown, not imported ;). (1:1, eh?

>>>Not native American then. :-)

>>I couldn't list all of them :o) Most have some "native American" in them as well (like me).... I have cousins who are pure native american and live on the res but they would never be considered across the pond I'm sure :o)

>>Besides, even our "native americans" are not native to this country - only the generations since they migrated here :o)

Eurasians, but to hear my relatives tell it, they were the "original people" of the earth :o)

However, it was traditionally thought that they were from "clovis" but that has since been disputed. Maybe Asian... Maybe, who knows? :o)
