Publishing stolen classified government documents. Has he been to trial yet? No. Does it mean he isn't a criminal? No.

Maybe he'll be able to publish nuclear launch codes for the US ICBM forces. He'll be able to get good advertising revenue for that. That's OK - it's stuff belonging to the bad old US military and anything he can do to harm it is good. Right Mike?
