Unforunately, the setup wizard is pretty lame. I don't think there's a way to get it to install without user intervention. You could search the MS knowledge base (http://support.microsoft.com) to see if there are articles about any of your issues. I would recommend Setup Specialist (http://www.setupspecialist.com) or Installshield (http://www.installshield.com).
