I'm just surprised it mattered :o) Hate to break it to you, but mythological characters can come from any mythology which encompasses more than Greek or Roman bodies: Irish, Norse, Hindu, Egyptian etc ....

However, if you are only interested in favorite Greek or Roman mythological characters, then my first inclination is to go with Naomi's choice....Perseus or maybe Pandora - she was full of innocent curiosity and look what it lead to!
