Yes, these are Paradox files. The .DB file is analgous to the .DBF file, .PX file is the primary index (like .IDX, since Paradox does not have compound index files like our .CDX). I'm not sure what .XG0 and .YG0 are for.

If you have to do anything in Paradox, you have my sympathies. Just today I went on a mini-rantfest about Paradox.

As an aside, this is yet more proof that obsolete database management systems are still alive and well. FPD, FPW, and VFP3 developers, there's still work for you to do, so don't give up hope.
