Last night I got a message erased, because it contained text.

The text wasn't mine, I quoted Matt Taibbi from the next issue of Rolling Stone. I strongly believe that the invention of the clipboard is a great way to avoid mutilating the quotes - one doesn't have to rely on memory, or try to retype. Quotes come exactly as they were in the original text.

I don't even remember what could have been offensive in the text, and I don't care. The religious filter is at work, because the audience present feels it should be, so be it. I'm just expressing my disgust at the practice and hypocrisy - we have seen calls to violence, even mass murder here, which were left untouched by any police, even PC police here, while, OTOH, some pieces of vocabulary may merit erasure to the message, because the censorship in the heads of the readership here things it should.
