Also check out ForeHelp it's another good tool. Integrating .hlp with VFP really is as simple as setting the HelpContextID of a form if you want form level help. You can also do individual controls if you want. If there's a SET HELP in place whenever the user hits F1 the appropriate ContextID topic in your help file will pop up.
