It seems to be a .net issue. I created a user control DataGridView. Placed it on a form. Created an Inherited Form from that form. Set my "BindingSource" on the inherited form and it's not passing it down to the DataGridView. The DataSource keeps coming up NULL. If I place a "Non User Control" DataGridView on the form and then inherit a form from that form it works fine. O'Well!
