I don't know if he finished this product or not, but his original plan was to present it at the German VFP Devcon last year. I suggest that you send him an email.

I heard about that tool that Ken was working on. In fact, I even asked him about it in person at the SWFox 2009 (I think it was that one), and he said something like "yea, I need to go ahead and finish that up so I can release it." I've even sent him an e-mail since then asking about it. I did not get a reply.

I assume one could use ReFox on the app file to decompile it?
