I don't think you can create Windows global modal forms in FoxPro. You can create modal forms and they are modal to your EXE (if you're using EXE servers - DLL servers don't support Modal dialogs at all) but that won't apply back into the .NET host application.
What I've done is to build forms that can float AlwaysOnTop so they sit ontop of other content which provides at least an illusion of modalness.
