I am looking for some nifty pure VFP string-handling xml-output routine that would fit really Excel properly...But sure I can certainly ready to use cursortoXML.

Do you really mean that will output an xml output that can be used as a decent XML-based XLS substitute from XML-based office tools? I was certainly not aware of this.
