Paul,

When you compile the help file do you create a .CNT file? I think that's the secret to getting the Contents tab with book to display when help is first launched.

Also you can change that menu item to just do a command of HELP ID 0 otherwise you have to have a topic id that matches what VFP is doing from that bar #. Look at SYS(1023) and sys(1024) to find context ids.
