They are supposed to get added as part of the installation but there have been others reporting the templates don't show up. There is some help in the dev guide about this and sometimes running devenv /setup or devenv /InstallVSTemplates may take care of it. What operating system are you using and did you have the UAC turned off during install. Also should run the installation as Administrator.
