What I ended up doing (because I am not sure I know the correct syntax of CREATE DATABASE with all the choices) is I created database in the SSMS (manually) and then added to the script line use [MyNewDatabase] at the top. Then I executed the script and in less than a second a new database is "populated" with all tables and stored procedures.
