I will assume that the .SQL file is a data backup.

If you have MySQL and MySQL Admin installed, you can just go to MySQL Admin, go to the Restore section and locate your .SQL file. This will restore the data in the MySQL backend.

Then, go to VFP, connect to the MySQL database, and use SPT to retrieve the data and dump them into your DBFs.
