That issue affects anything with a half-height titlebar in Win7- including the VFP Command window, Project Manager, Data Session...
To prevent the issue in VFP, right-click the header of an affected window and turn off dockable. Project Manager doesn't have a dockable setting so it doesn't work, ? Why. My habit is to move the Project to the toolbar under Win7.
