There are some real dud bowls. Too many bowl games, too many mediocre teams.

I don't always like all the bowl games, but remember that the NCAA basketball tourney allows 64 schools to the dance. (Well, 65, if you count the play-in game, and soon it will be 68). Though in that case, it's a tournament and not the football bowl structure.

But in the end, NCAA football is a business that has to make $$$ to continue. Rarely will I watch any bowls other than BCS bowls. so I really don't care how many non-BCS bowls they have.
