MM 40, Entity Framework
It seems it's not as simple as using the config file when using the Entity Framework.

I changed the connection setting, but it didn't open my tables until I went through the whole
process of regenerating the Entity objects. Then it worked.

This is not good. I can't develop applications using the Entity Framework without a fix
for easily using multiple servers.
