MM doesn't do anything with the class diagram functions. If the class you put there actualy does have methods, properties, fields in them they should show up on the diagram. I would verify those classes contain code. Then remove them and drag them on again.

If you have extra empty ones, just take them off. I have not seen this behavior so it may have just been a fluke.
