Do you by chance have code in the InteractiveChange() Method - or some other method that could be calling the Refresh() of the form or executing lots of code????

When a user clicks on either arrow of a spinner I have included in a form the numbers increment as expected but at an incredibly slow pace. I use spinners all the time in other software and if you leave the pointer on the arrow the numbers flash by. Does anyone know how that is done?
