>>I have a program that lets some users select one of 3 data connections to use for the program (e.g., test, pre-production and production). I get a connection error when setting security, even when the selected data connection is the default connection. If I modify the app.config file so there is only one data connection everything works just fine. Is this a bug or is there something else I need to do to get this to work?

Tim,
It is MM security. I see now that there is a place where the security database key was set up before I started using the multiple datasets. I have code to handle the change in datasets but no corresponding change to the SecurityDatabase. I think I can figure this out now. Thanks for your help.
