Speaker Kamal Patel of Flash Creative Management.

Kamal's topic will be "Tame Your Grids". When VFP 3.0 first came out
grids were a new thing. Everyone was at first very impressed, but then dissapointed because there were shortcoming's. Well grids have come a long way since. Kamal takes a fresh look at this powerfull control and how it can be used for updating as well as browsing.

Specific topics will include:
Managing Data Entry
Controlling Dynamic properties for manipulation
Handling 1-many and 1-nMany relationships
Adding controls and managing them
Problems encountered and their solutions

The talk will include specific examples with code & handouts.

Kamal Patel is a Senior Software Engineer at Flash Creative Management
Inc and is a Microsoft Certified Product Specialist. He has written
articles for FoxPro Advisor and is also writing a White Paper for
Microsoft.
