Bottom line - We are all somewhat free individuals and as such we should just get on with the enjoyment of our short time on the planet as a living being. Have I ranted enough?

I agree with you. I am goddamn sick and tired of this "can't put up Christmas decorations or religious symbols from Christmas because it will offend Muslims or whoever". Few people are less Christian than I am, and I don't give a flying you-know-what when I see nativity scenes, manger scenes, etc. I don't care. They don't offend me in the slighest. (And I suspect the vast majority of others don't get offended as well).

Now, when some retard of a 4th grade teacher hands out candy canes to children and tells them that the red signifies the blood of Christ and that any non-believer is going to burn in hell, that's a different story. Adults should possess the maturity to know where the line gets crossed...it's not that difficult.
