There are stands, too, specially nowadays when they're selling firecrackers and other paraphernalia for the New Year. (English really lacks the word for doček)

It seems it's more colorful than the East coast - probably less mist in the air. But somehow people wear less gray too :). Nice photo, indeed. And feels like a real town.

Though, I've never seen as many colors as in Richmond, VA, Main street. Looks like it's some project going on there, or the whole street was painted for free as an advertising campaign for a local paint shop.
