Still have the muscle memory. In a sense your instructor was correct, but my 56 year old knees are now letting me know I over did it back in the good old days. Not ready to get em replaced, but I did try the lube job this fall (3 injections of hyaluronic acid, supposed to be beneficial for about 6 months).
