President Barack Obama had said two days after the midterm elections that he was disappointed Congress hadn't acted on legislation achieving the same end, signaling that other options were under consideration.

And what options are those? (rhetorical question)

Figures this announcement would be made after Congress adjourns for the year.

It's official - Obama has no need for Congress (except, of course, to jam through ObamaCare).

Keep an eye on utility prices.

I guess the subheading could have had a picture of Obama, with the words, "Who needs Congress?". This is the umpteenth time that Obama has tried to seize power.

Congress makes laws - the President signs or vetos laws from Congress.

I am praying (yes, praying) for someone better than Palin/Romney/Huckabee to come forward in the next year, and defeat Obama before he kills this country.

p.s. I think I read that Republicans control the committee that sets EPA funding. They could, of course, kill funding for the EPA. Problem solved! :)
