It's not clear exactly what it was that you moved. If you moved the project folder then the simplest solution may be to, in Solution Explorer:

Right click on the project in question and select 'Remove'
Right click on the Solution and choose 'Add' / 'Existing Project' and select the relevant *vbproj file.

If the moved folder contained something other than a project please explain what the content was.....
