My guess is that it's IE9 both places, or a brand new version of IE8. See Thread ID: 1493715. I haven't see this error on any of my machines, but I expect to see it sooner or later. Unfortunately I don't have a cure, I "hope" to see this error soon myself, but until then I suggest that you try your code from the command window, and check whether there is a loIE.tabs collection or something similar.
