Is DataSet still been used on the client when using MM.NET with Entity Framework on an n-tier application?

I want to use MM.NET with Entity Framework and WCF without using DataSet on the Client that's because my services will be consumed by Non .NET Clients? Are there any examples like DTO, Self Tracking Entities with MM.NET on the client.
