I have the same problem when try to run FPW 2.6 App on a fast machine (333 Mhz and up). I think it has something to do with the speed of the Pentium II. I used to get an error "Divide by zero or overflow" but after I applied the patch (DZpatch.prg available for download in the files section) I don't get that error but now I keep getting "I/O operation failure" as soon I run my app. At this point in time I don't really know what the exact cause yet but I plan to spend a couple of days investigate this problem and if I can come up with something I'll post the solution here.
