When editing a FORM the PROPERTIES WINDOW pops up OK. However - when I close the edit (ie, to return to COMMAND WINDOW) the PROPERTIES WINDOW remains active (now shows SCREEN) and I have to close that window to get to the
COMMAND WNDOW. How do I permanently fix this?
