I used the example reported in the thread. I searched for Report Writer. As is, which is the default, would be an OR. So, if one or the other word is found, the message will be retrieved. When in quotes, both words have to be one after the other. The indexing of SQL Server, in regards to that is not as strong as the one from PHDBase or Google, for example. But, this should work to close to 100%.
