On a specific server, I have an application pool recycling which triggers something like this:

Change Notification for critical directories.
bin dir change or directory rename
HostingEnvironment initiated shutdown
HostingEnvironment caused shutdown
Change Notification for critical directories.
bin dir change or directory rename
Change Notification for critical directories.
bin dir change or directory rename
Change in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\5b44e8e3\20226fea\hash\hash.web

The last line, I don't like. What does that mean exactly?
