I should have mentioned that this only occurs in my own browse grids, based on VFP Grid class. Even a generic grid -- no code except a Record Source declared -- and it's a wreck. If an entire cell is highlighted, down works fine, up acts like 10 ups would. Click in the midle of a field and down and up are both dead. and yes, I am using the MS drivers.
