OK, friends, here's a good one for you:

I was trying to do a split grid yesterday and went to change the Partition property in the Grid to 2. No go. Anytime I tried to change it to a non-zero value I got the error "Expression evaluates to an illegal value"...hmmm....so I tried to do it in various events and methods and got the same error. I was using VFP5.0a....so I recompiled the form in VFP6. Same error. So I went home and tried it....same error.

What gives? Anyone have any inside info on this?
