Mike, i'm still a guvment employee. It's mainly the Feds I don't trust. At the local level, we are too dysfunctional to be of much concern. The Feds have extremely deep pockets and they are into scary stuff, IMNHO.... I wouldn't trust the Federal guvment as far as I could move the universe. It would not surprise me to learn they were involved in mind control. I know it probably sounds a little strange, since I am from the guvment and I am here to help you, but I've always been a contrarian you know....
