I agree with you. too many "hints" all around. This goes back many administrations - both sides are nuts. All those kill the president threats against Bush, and then crazy Palin.

I think Palin (as usual) used incredibly bad judgment, but I don't think the website and the targets are a suggestion or a hint of using weapons. No one uttered a single word before the terrible Arizona tragedy. I'm not defending Palin, it was a poor choice of a map symbol, but I think that's all it was.

As for the Obama quote, I'll make a distinction - no one needs to see a single physical injury or worse, to conclude that his statement is many times worse. Palin is a kook...Obama is the president and is supposed to know better.
