Correct, you stated not many options for a single product so I was just providing another perspective on using multiple products. TFS is a complicated solution and if you are using a Small Business Server with Sharepoint then beware. I tried and hosed my sharepoint, Microsoft has no solution yet for that installation that I know of.

As you have said, it boils down to what features you need to have and what hardware you have to run all this on.
